Vesper Cymbals Warranty

Vesper Cymbals are protected by a 2-year warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This coverage applies to all B20 and B25 Bronze cymbals in the Noctem, Diem, and Field series.

Accessories

Cymbal bags, apparel, and other Vesper accessories are protected by a 60-day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Eligibility

Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser of new products bought from an Authorized Vesper Dealer or directly from vespercymbals.com. Claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

What is NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Common examples of non-covered damage include:

• Center Cracks: Cracks around the mounting hole caused by over-tightening the wing nut.
• Edge Damage: Chips or cracks resulting from dropping the cymbal or hitting it against hard surfaces.
• Keyholing: Distortion of the mounting hole due to lack of nylon sleeves on stands.

Return Policy

To obtain warranty service or return a product, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number using the form on this page.

• Products returned without an RA Number will be refused.
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs to Vesper Cymbals.
• Vesper will cover the cost of return freight for replaced items.
• Normal turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.
